Set of 6 Mahogany victorian Dining Chairs.
Circa 1880
Raised upon ring turned legs with shaped moulding to the front stretcher.
The backs being of plain form with a dipped cresting rail.
These chairs have a lift out seat.

Set of 8 (6 + 2) Mahogany Victorian Style Balloon Back Dining Chairs.
The Chairs having ring turned and fluted legs and stuff over seats. (note some fading on the fabric)
Circa 1920
Each Chair having a typical Balloon Back with a carved centre rail and a carved Tulip to the top rail.
Very pretty chairs.

You are viewing a gorgeous set of 8 Victorian balloon back dining chairs. I hope the photos do this amazing piece some justice, they’re certainly better in the flesh. The chair has been hand carved from the finest mahogany and the crafting is superb. The joints are all very tight and the chair is solid and sturdy with no wobbles.

The legs have been hand turned and the backsplat features a gorgeous balloon back wiht a shell insert. The seats are cushioned and very comfortable and feature a deep red patterned fabric. These have been reupholstered so they are clean and free from any previous owners smells such as smoke and pets.
